to the nature of digital goods, all eBook sales are considered final. Once an eBook has been purchased and downloaded, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

2. Refund Eligibility
 

Refunds will only be granted under the following exceptional circumstances:

• You purchased the same eBook multiple times by mistake.

• The eBook file is corrupted or inaccessible, and we are unable to resolve the issue.

• The eBook you received is not the one you ordered.

3. Refund Request Process

Our team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

• Change of mind after purchase

• Compatibility issues with your device or software
